Health And Safety Manager

Role – Health and Safety Manager Location- HQ in West Midlands, offices in Leicester, Basingstoke, Liverpool.
Site visits to site across UK and hybrid working Salary- £60k- £75k depending on experience Our client are the fastest growing elevator company in the UK.
They maintain, inspect and service lifts/elevators.
Historically, They are predominantly Midlands and London focussed however the acquisitions have and will continue to expand their geographical footprint.
They offer services in the following services therefore candidates with engineering and facilities maintenance experience would be very well received: Lift Maintenance and Services Lift Breakdown and repair New Lift Installation Lift Modernisation and Refurbishment Escalator Services Your duties and responsibilities as Health and Safety Manager: Conduct internal and external H&S audits Document control.
E.g in the case of due diligence, ensuring all H&S compliance documentation is recorded correctly Have a proactive approach and provide solutions for potential issues or changes in legislations and compliance Review and continuously improve policies, processes and training Responsible for H&S of 5 offices across UK and engineers on site Responsible for RAMS and COSHH Rectification audits To be successful in your role, you should have the following skills and experience: A genuine desire for a challenge and to make a difference Experience in maintenance or engineering sector will be very well received NEBOSH Happy to commute to one of the offices at least once a week and site travel to sites If you would like to work for a leader in the industry, this is an extremely exciting time to join them!
