About the Role We are seeking a dedicated Health & Safety Advisor to join and support the operational departments.
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the organisation maintains compliance with health and safety legislation while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Your responsibilities will include:
Managing health and safety procedures across the business to ensure legal compliance.
Identifying potential risks, conducting risk assessments, and implementing effective mitigations.
Auditing processes to uphold health and safety standards, recommending and delivering practical solutions.
Providing training on health and safety software and ensuring user competence.
Leading health and safety training sessions and communicating key updates to staff.
