Health and Safety AdvisorThe NEC Group Health and Safety team have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Health & Safety Advisor to provide professional health and safety advice and support to our Conventions and Arenas teams.
Working closely with the venue operations teams at the ICC, Vox, Utilita Arena and BP Pulse Live Arena this role:• Contributes to departmental health and safety planning and ensuring the implementation of inspection initiatives • Conducts accident investigations, compile reports and make recommendations • Develops, implement and monitor health and safety initiatives • Provides risk management advise and tailored support The role holder will need to maintain awareness of health and safety legislation and its impact on the Company and be willing to work flexibly to cover weekends, evenings and other unsociable hours when operationally required.We Offer • Salary up to £45k• 25 days annual leave rising to 26 after one year plus all UK bank holidays• Free onsite parking and lunch when working• Pension matching up to 7%• Life Assurance cover• Private Medical Insurance• Dental, Cash Health and Holiday Buy • Exclusive Discounts and many more great benefitsThe NEC Group is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
