We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Headteacher to lead a small but growing SEN/SEMH provision in Staffordshire.
The school currently supports fewer than 20 pupils across Key Stages 1 to 3, with plans to expand and positively impact even more students.

As Headteacher, you will lead our dedicated team in delivering high-quality, individualised education to children and young people with special educational needs, particularly those with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges.

You will work closely with staff, pupils, families, and stakeholders to promote a positive culture that supports each student's academic and personal growth.

Essential Requirements: Leadership Experience : Minimum of 2 years in a leadership role within an SEN/SEMH specialist setting.
Educational Expertise : Strong understanding of best practices in SEN/SEMH education, especially in Key Stages 1-3.
Transformational Leadership : Proven track record of successful school improvement and capacity-building in an SEN/SEMH environment.
