We are working with a leading provider of Education and Care services for children with Autism Spectrum Condition and Learning Disabilities.
This highly regarded and growing organisation is set to open a brand-new independent school in September 2025.

We are seeking a visionary Headteacher to lead this exciting new provision.

Key responsibilities:
Lead the establishment of a new school, creating a culture of excellence and inclusion.
Develop and implement a strategic vision that prioritises the needs of children with ASC and LD.
Recruit and build a dedicated team of professionals.
Shape the curriculum and ensure a high standard of education and care.
Foster a nurturing, supportive environment where students can thrive.
What we're looking for:
A strong track record in special education or leadership within a similar setting.
A thorough understanding of Ofsted and a good track record of Ofsted outcomes.
A commitment to innovation and inclusivity.
The ability to inspire and lead a team to deliver exceptional outcomes.
