The successful candidate will need to hit the ground running and will have experience in similar settings previously.
The school in question has an overall 'Good' rating from OFSTED and is proud to have made such incredible improvements however with their current Headteacher retiring they are now looking for somebody who can continue to improve the school and achieve amazing results.The successful Headteacher will have:-Previous experience as a Headteacher or Head of Department in a secondary school-A strong mindset and the drive to achieve goals-The ability to maintain positive teaching environments in lessons by ensuring staff qualityIn return for the above you can expect to receive:A team of dedicated consultants ready to answer any questions and assist you with an easy onboarding process
