We are seeking an exceptional Head Teacher to lead our clients thriving SEMH Primary School, catering to 108 pupils with diverse and complex needs.About the School:This school provides a nurturing, supportive environment for children with SEMH needs.

With a committed team of staff and a strong ethos of collaboration, they ensure that every pupil receives tailored support to overcome challenges and thrive in their learning journey.The Role:As Head Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing the school, ensuring the delivery of high-quality education and support for all pupils.
You will:Lead on the strategic vision and direction of the schoolFoster a culture of inclusivity, well-being, and academic achievementManage and support staff, ensuring a positive and collaborative working environmentDevelop and implement individualised strategies for pupils with SEMH needsBuild strong relationships with parents, carers, and external agencies to support the wider school communityThe Candidate:We are looking for a dynamic, experienced, and compassionate leader with a deep understanding of SEMH education.
