You belong in a team where you can act with purpose and thrive in your own way.What you'll do:Ensure completion of all requested/contracted tasks and motivate your team to effectively ensure these are completed in a timely and thorough manner.Oversee the teams areas to ensure they are kept tidy, clean and to a hygienic standardCommunicate efficiently with the catering management and chefs to ensure teams are connected and working in syncBe a champion of health and safety practices.

Report it to keep your colleagues safe!Ensure regular safety walks are completed to pick up any hazards.Frequent feedback sessions with your team to ensure they are confident and happy in their roles.What you bring:Previous experience in a similar role, with knowledge of catering operations, as well as some team-leading experience or supervisory.Very desirable, but some experience in hospitality would be great.
