We are looking for a confident experienced Vet, who has a passion for mentoring and leadership and a drive for implementing ongoing improvement and effective processes that will enable our practice to grow.
This could be a step up for you and a brilliant opportunity to lead and nurture a friendly, close knit, team or you may have already been in a similar role.
You will have autonomy, arrange Vet meetings and clinical audits and with all the admin supported by your Practice Manager.
Our aim is to deliver exceptional customer care to our local loyal clients.
You will have a mix of ops and consult days, you choose!Our practice is situated in the market town of Aylsham, close to the north Norfolk coasts and a short drive away to Norwich City.
This position will be up to 40 hours per week, (negotiable), with 1 in 3 Saturday mornings.
