This is a wide and varied roleideal for those looking for a new challenge where you can truly have an impacton shaping services and driving change.About the roleThe post is located within Red Kite School based in the South East.
You willbe joining a clinical team to facilitate MDT working, consisting of Speech andLanguage Therapy and Occupational Therapy.
The clinical team is embedded intothe structure of the provision which enables positive and effective multi-disciplinary working across the education services, in order to maximiseclinical outcomes for our pupils.You will be working within the overall framework of the service policies andprocedures and within existing MDT and Clinical Governance structures tosupport the services in future development and ensuring quality assurance.Our clinical teams help to develop empowering environments where our pupilscan flourish, always putting them at the forefront of everything they do.

* Registered with the HCPC and BPS.
* Experience in supervising Assistant Psychologists * Previous experience working with adults or children with intellectual disabilities * Ability to work collaboratively with a range of key partners * Able to work sensitively with people and resolve conflict effectively * Evidence of continuing professional development relevant to the setting * Substantial and relevant post-qualification experience with adults and children.
* Experience of lecturingteachingtraining * Skills in the management of data are also important as the role includes collecting and analysing data to inform various pieces of service delivery, development and project work.For further information on this role please refer the Job Description andPerson Specification attached.
