The Role As the Head of Transport &; Logistics, you’ll be instrumental in developing and implementing the business logistics strategy.
Reporting straight to senior leadership, you’ll lead the transport, shipping, and logistics teams, ensuring efficient operations, cost-effectiveness, and exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the transport and logistics strategy in line with business objectives.Oversee warehouse, logistics, and transport operations, ensuring efficiency and safety.Lead contract management and negotiations with third-party suppliers.Identify process improvements, cost efficiencies, and opportunities to leverage technology.Manage department budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation.Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to enhance supply chain management.Build a high-performing logistics team through leadership, mentoring, and recruitment.Establish a culture of collaboration and operational excellence across teams.Maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers, ensuring smooth operations.Respond effectively to risks, unforeseen challenges, and shifting priorities.
