We are currently looking for a Head of Transformation to join our team.

Role Overview The Head of Transformation is responsible for delivering organisational change within our current business and future acquisitions.
Fundamental to this is the strategic implementation of our core IT systems, including works order, finance, and HRIS.
This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless integration, rebranding of acquisitions, and the successful mobilisation of new contracts.
The Head of Transformation will work closely with senior leadership to drive change initiatives and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities: Strategic Implementation: Develop and implement transformation strategies aligned with the company's goals.
Identify areas for improvement and innovation within the organisation.
Lead the deployment of core IT systems (works order, finance, HRIS) across multiple entities.
Ensure alignment of IT systems with business objectives and operational needs.
Oversee the integration of IT systems in newly acquired companies.
Ensure that systems are integrated seamlessly with processes.
Change Management: Develop and execute change management strategies to support system implementations.
Facilitate stakeholder engagement and communication throughout the transformation process.
Provide training and support to ensure smooth transitions.
Rebranding and Mobilisation: Manage the rebranding process for acquisitions, ensuring consistency with company standards.
Oversee the IT mobilisation of new contracts, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
Project and Risk Management: Lead large-scale projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth execution of transformation.
Track and report on the progress of transformation initiatives.
Identify potential risks associated with transformation projects and develop mitigation strategies.
Leadership and Collaboration: Supervise and mentor Business Analysts and Project Managers, providing guidance and support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive transformation initiatives.
Report progress and challenges to the CIO and other senior leaders.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance business performance.
Qualifications: A degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is desirable but this is not essential as the ability to deliver multiple projects resulting in organisational change is more important.
Key Skills: Be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
Excellent communicator with stakeholder management skills.
Can take on multiple projects from inception to completion.
Experience in rebranding and contract mobilisation would be beneficial.
As a business, we are working to short timescales so you should be happy with a fast pace, managing multiple priorities and handling changes to those priorities at short notice.
Proven experience in leading IT system implementations and change management initiatives.
Competencies: Strategic Thinking Programme or Project Management Change Management Leadership and Team Development Communication and Interpersonal Skills Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills Salary for this role is £50,000 - £55,000 with a car allowance.
Our office is based in Cardiff so you may be expected to go into the office as and when required.
