We are looking for self-motivated, results-driven thinkers that can overcome obstacles and remain focused in a high-paced environment. You will be responsible for supporting the development of our Strategy as well as leading on growth opportunities across our international customer base.
You will use your influencing, communication, and planning skills to ensure that our customer and business deliverables are achieved.
What To Expect You will be shaping the future of the business through:
Spearheading new initiatives, developing ideas through external benchmarking and exploratory thinking into practical plans and actionable deliverables. Scoping, initiating, and delivering all activities that are required to ensure the effective release of change programmes into new and existing clients. Scanning the market, developing ideas from inception and creating clear and structured business cases to evidence the value future changes will bring. Working closely with development and operational teams to jointly create and develop workable solutions which enhance the customer proposition and deliver added value and tangible results. Working with the analytics and insight team, setting up key metrics and reporting to track benefits, taking a data-driven approach to shape the deliverables of your work. Leading programme delivery in a controlled and consistent manner, clearly communicating status updates, proactively managing risks and issues, and ensuring readiness prior to delivery. Facilitating the delivery of wider business programmes, using your skills and expertise to embed the correct methodologies across other key activity. Building collaborative internal and external working relationships that enable effective delivery of initiatives. Challenging business processes and decisions to ensure we are getting the right outcomes. About You Strategic thinker who can take themselves out of the day to day and look at business and industry trends on a 3-5 year horizon, identifying opportunities to target. Structured and analytical thinker who can break down complex problems into clear, manageable action plans and deliverables. Demonstrable knowledge and experience in scoping, planning & delivering change programmes within a fast-paced, commercial business setting. Understanding of change management methodologies with experience of their application in a business setting. Highly data literate, we need you to be comfortable managing large-scale data and complex programmes to deliver mutual business and customer value. Ability to confidently and constructively challenge whilst offering solutions. Effective working through ambiguity, displaying proactivity when it comes to decision making. Proven track record of working cross-functionally and building close working relations at all levels. Ability to look at business or project challenges in an analytical manner, articulating risk, impact, mitigation options, and recommendations succinctly. Quick learner, who will ask questions, taking multiple viewpoints to come to your own decision through your own understanding. Natural influencer, who can build and nurture relationships. Experience: Change delivery in a fast-paced, complex environment. Commercial acumen with proven, objective deliverables. Experience in a technology-based environment.
