Company: Generis Enterprise Technology Limited Job Title: Head of Training (Remote) Location: Remote – UK Contract Status: Full-time / Permanent Staff 40 hours per week Mon - Fri Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 Dependent on experience Head of Training Job Summary: The Head of Training will develop internal and external (client) training courses and programs, and manage training implementations, either acting as project manager for those or working with a project manager for the implementation.
They will be responsible for creating, reviewing, and approving training and other user documentation.
Responsibilities: Lead and manage the training department, ensuring effective development and delivery of training programs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement training initiatives.
Evaluate training effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
Mentor and guide the Life Sciences Training Specialist.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development.
Qualifications: Proven experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and training facilitation, preferably experience with the life sciences industry.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design models, and training evaluation methods.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
Proficiency in instructional design software, learning management systems (LMS), and multimedia authoring tools.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
