Then join the Scottish Rugby team as Head of Ticketing! In this pivotal role, you will lead the Ticketing Operations, Customer Engagement, and Tours teams, ensuring the seamless delivery of exceptional service to all fans and stakeholders.
You'll oversee the operational success of all ticketed events, including Scottish Rugby and third-party fixtures, while continually elevating the customer experience at Murrayfield Stadium and beyond.
What We're Looking For: Proven leadership experience in ticketing operations or customer engagementA deep understanding of ticketing systems, processes, and strategiesExcellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across teamsA passion for customer service and the ability to deliver consistently excellent experiencesStrong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple events and priorities simultaneouslyExperience managing budgets and resources, with a keen eye for performance improvementTo apply, please submit your CV and covering letter stating why you think you would be suitable for the role.
