DetailThe Head of The Abbey Junior School will, as a highly effective leader, possess and develop a range of strategic, organisational, personal and educational competencies. The postholder will have the knowledge, skill, ability, ambition and compassion to lead the Junior School and contribute to the strategic development of the whole school.
