About the Role: As Head of IT for UK, you will take a strategic and hands-on approach to ensuring stable, secure, and cost-effective technology systems and services.
This role involves collaboration across European teams, stakeholders, and vendors to align the UK's technology roadmap with the broader group strategy.
Key Responsibilities: Drive the delivery of the UK components of the European IT strategy, focusing on cyber security, data privacy, and infrastructure resilience.
Partner with cross-functional teams to optimise IT operations, support application development, and enhance information security.
Lead and develop a talented IT team, embodying our core values and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
Oversee project management, budget allocation, risk management, and regulatory compliance to ensure alignment with both local and European standards.
Role model best practices for IT operations, championing compliance and adherence to industry regulations and internal policies.
About You: Proven experience in an IT leadership role within a regulated industry, with a strong foundation in infrastructure and application development.
Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, coupled with strategic and operational IT expertise.
A solid background in structured project management and a track record of optimizing IT performance within set budgets.
