ITV Studios is one of the biggest global creators, producers and distributors of TV content in the world.

Growing our UK and global production base is central to our More than TV strategy.
We are the largest producer in the UK, one of the largest producers in Europe and one of the largest independent unscripted producers in the US.
ITV Studios' UK division includes 27 production labels, creating and producing a diverse range of scripted and unscripted content for a wide range of broadcasters and streaming platforms.

Within ITV Studios is our Global Partnerships function, which further adds to our creative and financial success by developing international hit formats and distributing our 90,000+ active catalogue hours of film and television content to buyers such as broadcasters, streaming platforms, airlines and many more.

The role

Reporting to the Director of Technology, ITV Studios, and GP senior business leadership you will provide technology leadership across the Global Partnerships business.
This will include ownership of Roadmap Delivery, Products, Projects and Operational services while delivering exceptional service through creation and management of a high performing team of technologists.

The role will be seen as a primary technology leader working closely with all business stakeholders across ITV, key suppliers (internal and external) and all technology teams interacting within the domain of control.

The role will be the overall Technology Product Owner for GP business solutions and will own or share budgetary responsibility with key business stakeholders.

Skills you'll need (minimum criteria)


Experience working in Media / Entertainment sector in similar or comparable roleExperience of Global Producer / Distributor / Publisher business and the enabling solutions/services that cover end-to-end business.
Including but not limited to:Content Sales & Licensing / Rights Management / Customer Relationship Management (CRM) / Contracts Management / Catalogue Management / Supply Chain / Finance and RoyaltiesSpecific knowledge and experience in working with Salesforce, Rightsline, Oracle Fusion, or similarExtensive experience managing and delivering technology applications and application based services to business usersProven track record of working in complex systems environments with combination of internal technology teams (direct and matrix), significant use of 3rd Party SaaS and outsourced suppliers/partnersExperience in at least 1 transformation project involving the development / implementation / replacement / major upgrade of core system(s) relevant to specific domain areaDemonstrable experience of managing or delivering technology based business change and transformationExperience of delivering transition from legacy inhouse built core applications to SaaS / CoTsTechnology strategy and roadmap creation (at least as major contributor)Mid-Senior Level Management role held with similar profile of responsibilitiesProven track record of building a high performing cross-functional technology teamOther things we're looking for (key criteria)

Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.Business focussed with a sound understanding of technology systems and processes.Excellent communicator, able to effectively manage stakeholder relationships at all levels with the ability to talk the language of the technology and business teams.Experienced working in matrix management structure and with matrixed/shared resources.Excellent prioritisation skills as demand for changes to the systems will always outstrip the capacity to implement changes.Good strategic thinking and understanding of the role technology can play in domainProactive and motivating team leader able to form and inspire a high performing team.ITV is for everyone.
