We are looking for a dynamic, forward thinking, senior professional to lead our Talent, Leadership and Organisational Development (OD) Consultancy Team that supports Tameside & Glossop Integrated Care Foundation Trust and Stockport NHS Foundation Trust.
You will be the strategic and operational lead for a professional portfolio that includes talent management, succession planning, leadership and management development, coaching and mentoring, and OD consultancy support.
You will support leaders and managers to help build confidence, competence and energy to create meaningful change.
As part of the People & OD Directorate's Leadership Team you will also have a key role in delivering our People & OD Plans, Equality Diversity & Inclusion Strategies and the NHS People Promise.
To succeed in this role, you will need: An empowering and compassionate leadership style; Experience in a senior management role within a talent management / people development / OD field; and Highly developed influencing, consultancy and facilitation skills.

The post is hosted by Tameside & Glossop ICFT and you will be required to work across two sites - Tameside Hospital and Stepping Hill Hospital.
Main duties of the job Lead the development, review and delivery of an impactful leadership development offer that is aligned to both organisations' values, behaviours and strategic direction.
Lead the development and implementation of a talent management and succession planning approach, linked to the delivery of both organisations' Equality Diversity & Inclusion Strategy.
Provide specialist OD consultancy support including diagnostics, facilitation, group dynamics and processes.
Lead the development and implementation of approaches and tools to measure the impact of OD interventions.
