What you'll do Lead and develop the talent acquisition function across the business with a strong focus on recruitment, onboarding, employee retention and engagement in their early days within the business Oversight of talent acquisition in all of our markets - UK, USA & APAC Management of a small team of local internal recruiters in different offices Work collaboratively across the businesses to enable a high-performance environment, building relationships with hiring managers and other key stakeholders Understand the business objectives and growth goals and ensure our recruitment roadmap and planning supports our goals Be flexible, knowing when to be in planning mode and when to be very hands-on and do your own recruiting Be a passionate ambassador for the Hybrid brand and culture To confirm after queries: this is not a HR position.
