Enso is working alongside a leading technology organisation in NI to recruit for a Head of Talent for their team.
As the Head of Talent, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience by leading talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies.
Working closely with senior leadership, you'll foster a high-performance culture, drive employee engagement, and manage HR systems that align with the company's business objectives.
Role Responsibilities Talent Attraction Design and execute strategies to attract top talent, ensuring a diverse workforce that aligns with company goals.
Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions to establish talent pipelines and support the growth of high-potential employees.
Lead learning and development programs, including leadership development and succession planning, to help employees reach their full potential.
Employee Culture: Advocate for a people-first culture, embodying the companys core values and mission to "improve well-being through innovation."
Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives, ensuring a workplace where every employee can thrive.
Organize employee engagement activities that reinforce company values and promote a unified "one team" mindset.
Promote a culture of continuous learning, with a focus on upskilling individuals and teams.
Develop and implement staff retention strategies, including mentoring programs, and clear career progression paths.
Manage and refine a performance appraisal system to drive high performance, while coaching managers on performance management.
HR Systems Oversee HR information systems (HRIS) to ensure data accuracy and compliance with privacy laws and other relevant regulations across all office locations.
Ensure that HR processes support the companys mission to improve patient care through digital innovation while maintaining legal and regulatory compliance.
Leadership Provide strategic advice to senior leadership on workforce planning, talent management, and culture initiatives to support global growth.
Collaborate with leadership to shape organisational strategy and drive employee engagement across all sites.
Essential Skills & Qualifications: 5+ years of senior HR or Talent Management experience, with expertise in people management, recruitment, and employee engagement.
Proven success in building and leading HR functions in a fast-paced, growing organisation (technology sector experience preferred).
