Job Title: Head of Subsea Operations
Location: Hybrid – 50% Southampton, UK

What will you be doing?
As Head of Subsea Operations, you will:
Lead a strong team of qualified professionals across ROV, AUV, geophysical, and geotechnical operations.
Strategically manage the deployment, utilization, and improvement of advanced marine assets.
Collaborate on creative solutions to optimize operational outcomes globally.
Assure safety, compliance, and risk management in all marine activities.
Drive innovation in asset management through technology and creative thinking.
Develop and implement determined asset strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Manage budgets and lead cost-efficiency initiatives to maintain competitive edge.
Inspire your team to embrace challenges with a motivated, adaptable, and focused approach.
Are you the ideal candidate?
The ideal candidate will bring:
A bachelor's degree in engineering, marine operations, or business management.
10+ years of proven success in marine operations or asset management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
A unique understanding of marine assets such as ROVs, AUVs, and vessel systems.
Strong leadership skills to guide and inspire a team in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
Assured expertise in budget management and operational standards within the marine industry.
Creativity and focus to leverage emerging technologies in marine operations.
A determined and inspired mindset to excel in a global, innovation-driven company.
