Job responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a cohesive, data-informed social media strategy that aligns with the company's mission, ensuring our platforms drive engagement, growth, and long-term brand loyalty across platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and Snapchat.
Execution Oversight: Oversee and align with SMM operation the execution of social media strategies, ensuring successful implementation and alignment with brand goals.
Goal Setting: Shape both short-term and long-term objectives to drive brand growth, audience engagement, and content quality.
Performance Monitoring: Establish and monitor key performance indicators, implementing necessary adjustments to maintain alignment with the company's evolving business goals.
Provide insights and regular reports to refine strategies as needed.
Consultancy: Be the expert consultant and work closely with cross-functional stakeholders (Production, Social Media Marketing, Platforms) to ensure a unified approach to brand messaging and content distribution.
Industry Insight: Continuously monitor industry trends, platform updates, and the evolving media landscape.
Share insights with the team and integrate these trends into departmental strategies.
Performance Assessment: Regularly evaluate the prepared analysis of all social media channels, provide insights and propose initiatives to C level leadership on social media performance and strategy progress for continuous improvement.
Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing core team of Platform Experts and Brand strategists, providing mentorship and strategic guidance to ensure they operate in alignment with company goals.
Creative Enhancement: Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance creativity, efficiency, and overall team performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with key stakeholders, including Production, SMM, and Platforms teams, to ensure social media strategies support overall business objectives.
New Opportunities: Engage into discussions and lead the integration of innovative tools, features, and platforms that may enhance our social media presence and performance.
Industry Insight & Innovation: Continuously monitor social media trends, platform updates, and broader industry developments to ensure strategies remain cutting-edge and impactful.
Requirements: Experience: At least 5 years of experience in social media strategy development and execution, with a significant portion in leadership roles.
Visionary Leadership: Strong ability to develop and articulate a clear vision for social media strategy that aligns with company goals.
Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing social media metrics and translating data into actionable strategies.
Exceptional Leadership: Proven track record of inspiring and guiding teams to success with exceptional leadership skills.
Platform Expertise: Deep knowledge of all major social media platforms, including emerging trends and best practices.
Brand Management Insight: Strong understanding of brand management and content creation strategies within a social media context.
