Our Opportunity Do you have a passion for Social Value and looking to make an impact within our business and society?
Are you currently seeking a new opportunity within Social Value taking a lead role within an evolving business?

At Pick Everard pursuing social value isn't something we do because we have to do - it's simply the right thing to do.

You will collaborate with all stakeholders to establish a Social Value strategy that supports the overall Pick Everard Social Value Strategy.
As part of this, you will maintain excellent communication with appropriate departments including People & Culture, Learning & Development, and the Sustainability Teams.

You can expect to: Develop and roll out a standardised approach to reporting Social Value activities across Pick Everard, frequently reporting the Pick Everard Social Value performance to the Senior Leadership team.
Continue to develop and evolve a suite of Social Value KPIs suitable for all stakeholders.
Promote and co-ordinate companywide policies and National Awareness Campaigns that support local community engagement activities, such as volunteering days, match funding, and the Artelia Foundation.
Develop strategies to increase workforce engagement.
Maintain knowledge of all Government regulatory, policy, and political direction and communicate to the leadership team.
Create and build partnerships with service delivery partners aiding successful delivery of Social Value outcomes aligned to the Social Value strategy.
Lead tender submissions for Social Value responses.
Build relationships with local stakeholders and community groups as required, engaging with local communities to understand local needs and deliver volunteering targets and programmes.
Identify all funding options and maintain knowledge of changes to available funding streams to support local investment in Social Value activities.
Where possible, secure such funding through collaborating with our Business Units to make submissions as required.
Ensure that our Supply Chain Partners contribute towards the creation of Social Value by providing data to meet local contractual requirements or Group policies, aligning to our engagement commitments and demonstrating additional mechanisms of achieving improved Social Value.
You can look forward to joining a forward-thinking, team-oriented department of experts who are passionate about their work and leaders in their field.
