Building a sustainable tomorrow BAM Site Solutions are looking to recruit a Head of Site Direct to lead and oversee the Site Direct operations, responsible for direct product ordering, production, and distribution.
This role ensures that Site Direct operates efficiently and meets client expectations.
This is a full-time role and will involve a mixture of working from home and on site at Wellingborough.
BAM operates a flexible working policy, actively encouraging periods of remote home working and flexibility in start and finish hours to fit into an individual's busy lifestyle.

Your mission •    Oversee the Site Direct team, managing product catalogues, orders, and logistics.
•    Work with the product solutions team to ensure client-specific requirements are met.
•    Monitor and optimise processes to ensure high service standards.
•    Report on category performance and implement improvements, as necessary.
•    In conjunction with the Managing Director, actively contribute to BAM Site Solutions business strategy and deliver associated KPI requirements.
•    Set individual and team objectives for the Site Direct team as assigned, ensuring performance against those objectives.
•    Understand and interpret the strategic direction of the business and align operational delivery to strategic intent within the Site Direct team.
•    Embed a culture of compliance to all UK & Ireland policies, targets, standards, and strategy in relation to safety, health, wellbeing, and sustainability.
•    Embed new engagements and partnership approaches across industry, professional bodies, and trade associations as part of the business unit's future outlook.
•    Actively promote and embed product innovation, expertise, and practice into the Site Direct team.
•    Create strategic plans, budgets and forecasts and own category P&L •    Accountable for achieving Site Direct service and delivery targets •    Accountable for strategic plans, budgets and forecasts and own category P&L  •    Accountability for inventory accuracy and client satisfaction.
•    Ensure that client orders are processed and fulfilled efficiently.
•    Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal standards   Who are we looking for?
