We are delighted to be seeking to recruit a dynamic and outstanding leader for the post of Head of School, who will strengthen our leadership capacity and curriculum provision. This post will commence at Easter 2025.

Our ideal candidate will be either a Deputy Headteacher or Senior Leader, eager to take the next step in their Senior Leadership career. You will have played a central role in overall school improvement and be able to demonstrate the impact you have made.

The key skills required for this Head of School position include:

Leadership of outstanding teaching and learning Provision of an inspirational curriculum Development of staff Ensuring outstanding relationships with staff, pupils, and their families This is a non-teaching post, ideal for someone who wants to lead a school while the strategic leadership of finance and school development is handled by the Executive Headteacher. This provides the freedom to take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the school and develop a partnership with our five other CFLP innovative and experienced Headteachers.
