Job Introduction Head of SAPWould managing teams responsible for varied projectsacross a large, complex SAP estate be an interesting challenge for you?As the Head of SAP at Sodexo, you'll lead ourTechnical and Functional SAP teams, supporting them in enabling all areas ofthe Sodexo business, covering the business as usual functions of the SAP systemas well as a range of critical projects and developing new solutions.
You'llcollaborate with various business areas across finance, HR, payroll &pensions to understand their requirements, manage demand and lead on theend-to-end projects.
This is a great opportunity to work with talented,experienced SAP professionals and set strategy alongside the IT LeadershipTeam, which will include our move to S/4 HANA and other global initiatives.What you'll do:Oversee the inhouse SAP department, made up of functional and technical teams, interim contractors and third-party partnersPlan and manage the demand schedule for SAP change projects, from small requests to major implementations & application upgrades, including the budgeting and recharge mechanisms for theseProvide guidance to team members and senior stakeholders to develop and implement the IT strategy concerning SAP and associated processesBuild trusted, cooperative working relationships with stakeholders and partners, both within the Sodexo IT function and across the wider business What you bring:Proven team leadership experience, managing forecasting and workloads to ensure effective & efficient deliverySAP knowledge from hands-on experience, with work across finance and HR areas of SAP ECCA desire to work with a large, complex SAP environment with varied requirements and projectsUnderstanding of IT Service Management, ideally with proven knowledge of ITILGreat communication skills, both written and verbal, to connect with a range of stakeholders The ability to gain UK SC clearanceRegular travel to our Sodexo Salford office will be required, typically 1-2 says per fortnight What we offer: Competitive salary + Car Allowance + 15% Bonus +Excellent Benefits Package including Private Medical, and more!Working with Sodexo is more than a job; it's a chanceto be part of something greater.
