Location: Basingstoke Regional Office + Hybrid Working
External Account Managers, Internal Sales & Sales Support
About MVS Established in 2014, MVS has grown rapidly to become a trusted name in the AV industry, with offices in Wimborne, Basingstoke, and Central London.
Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve annual sales targets across projects, maintenance, and licensing.
Define and implement sales strategies, structures, and targets while managing the team's performance and development.
Oversee sales pipelines, ensuring balanced and sufficient deal opportunities.
Foster relationships with key accounts, working closely with Account Managers to drive lifetime value.
Proven experience managing high-performing sales teams in the AV industry.
Expertise in CRM systems, sales metrics, and pipeline management (HubSpot experience is a plus).
A deep understanding of the AV marketplace and its competitive landscape.
