The Role As the Head of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and expanding their leadership programmes.
You'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with senior stakeholders, and offering solutions to meet the needs of clients seeking to develop strong, impactful leaders within their organisations.
Key Responsibilities Business Growth: Identify, target, and secure new clients through, networking and strategic relationships Client Relationships: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with senior executives, HR directors, and learning & development leaders across various sectors.
Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to stay ahead of trends and ensure their programmes align with evolving industry needs.
Proposal Development: Create customised proposals, presentations, and pitches that communicate the value of their leadership programmes.
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve growth and revenue targets Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with their curriculum and coaching teams to ensure program relevance and excellence, facilitating smooth onboarding and ongoing client satisfaction.
Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, pipeline, and market feedback, providing insights to inform program development and strategy.
Experience & skills Experience: 5+ years in business development or sales, ideally in leadership development, training, HR solutions, or a similar field.
Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding revenue goals, with a portfolio of established client relationships.
Communication: Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence C-suite executives.
Self-Starter: Highly motivated and able to work independently, with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Passion for Leadership Development: A genuine interest in leadership trends, team dynamics, and organisational growth.
