Essential requirements for a Sales Director:  The successful candidate ideally will be based in Coventry/Kenilworth/Leamington/Warwick/Rugby/Solihull/Hinckley/Stratford or somewhere in Central Midlands (pls DO NOT apply if you are not living in Central Midlands) Candidate Requirements: Head of Sales We're seeking a driven and dynamic individual who embodies the following: ·       Proven Experience : Demonstrated success in B2B sales environments , with a preference for telesales and networking experience .
·       Lead Generation Expertise : A natural networker with strong skills in identifying and cultivating new business opportunities.
·       Leadership Excellence : Strong leadership abilities and the confidence to tackle challenges head-on, inspiring and guiding teams to success.
·       Strong Communicator : Verbally fluent with an exceptional ability to build instant rapport and foster long-term relationships.
·       Tech-Savvy : Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint , and adept at leveraging social media platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram for business growth.
·       High Performer : Smart, hardworking, focused, and thrives on solving problems effectively.

This role will involve playing a key role in enrolling small to medium business owners into one of their most popular coaching and training programmes.
You will have access to a personal coach who will support you in your development and have access to world class training systems where you'll be attending Masterclasses.
Responsibilities and Tasks for Head of Sales · Lead generation & conversions is the primary focus of your role.
You'll be supported fully in developing several lead generation strategies.
· Generating appointments through sales activities.
Including following up letter mailings, networking events and visiting business premises in person.
Creating and maintaining a database of prospects and clients.
Building client relationships Salary/Package:  basic £35k-£45k + Bonuses, OTE £70k+ – full time only Benefits: ·      Bonus scheme ·      Flexible working hours ·      Work from home opportunities
