This Head of Sales role will be focused on the expansion of market share and enhancement of revenue streams within their fleet division.
Whilst leading a small team, you will play a lead role in the development of this division by generating and negotiating new Enterprise level contracts.

Description As Head of Sales, you will:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate objectivesTake a lead role in building and executing your own personal sales pipelineLead and support a small sales team to deliver on their objectivesCultivate relationships with key industry Enterprise stakeholders and partnersDeliver accurate sales forecasts and reports to deliver YOY growthIdentify new business opportunities within both end user and channel partnerships Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high-quality service standardsCollaborate with other department heads to align company goals and strategiesProfile As the successful Head of Sales, you should have:
Demonstrable experience within the fleet sector, selling into Enterprise level organisationsA proven sales background in direct Enterprise selling is keyA strong understanding of the fleet sector, whether direct to end user, or via leasing partnersKnowledge of SMR would be advantageousExceptional negotiation skills and a customer-centric approachExcellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales dataStrong communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to travel as required across the UK Job Offer A competitive industry salary package.
