Consumer Exec is seeking an experienced Head of Wholesale to oversee the growth of a well-established luxury men's and women's apparel brand.
Reporting to the CEO, you will oversee all wholesale sales (including external brand collaborations), along with proactively developing relationships with major department stores, high-end multi-brand stores and boutiques globally.
Responsibilities : Responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the wholesale channel (including agents) to grow sales and increase sell through performance and budgets.
End to end management of wholesale budgets and implementation of strategy with a view to exceeding them.
Ensure brand image at all wholesale POS, including choice of partners, product assortment, and locations.
Actively seek and develop collaborations with leading luxury brands to elevate the wholesale business.
Manage the trade in season to exceed expectations through implementing stock swaps, pop-ups, VM, incentives, store events, and personal shopping services.
Oversee the execution of the sales campaign from international travel, showroom set up, staff management etc.
Responsible for preparing weekly reports, including, but not limited to, analysis of sales figures and forecasting future sales, managing, and controlling data analysis, stock levels, best sellers, KPI's, collating all Sell Through's and VM reports.
Liaise and support the retail and Ecom team to ensure brand alignment on all platforms.
Organize, manage, and develop the existing wholesale team, and recruit new talent into the business when needed.
Skills and Experience Required: We are searching for an ambitious and dynamic person with an excellent track record within sales and extensive experience in growing wholesale channels.
Extensive experience in the luxury fashion and apparel industry across menswear & preferably womenswear.
Has developed and executed tactical sales plans including account objectives.
Strong commercial acumen is essential – competent with Excel and IT tools.
Proven track record in growing international sales and managing a team.
Highly customer and results driven, good commercial sense.
Excellent communication skills, able to work effectively cross-with other departments within the business.
Proactive, analytical, organised, and hands-on with attention to detail, and can foster a team spirit.
