About the job:
As the Head of Sales at Breakroom, you will build a new sales function.
This pivotal role offers the opportunity to lead the entire sales process, from identifying high-potential prospects to closing deals and ensuring smooth transitions to customer success.
You will be instrumental in amplifying Breakrooms presence in the market, building strong relationships with key decision-makers, and ultimately contributing to Breakroom's growth.
This is an entrepreneurial position where you'll start as an individual contributor, with the chance to scale into building and managing a high-performing sales team in the coming months
Key Focuses: Own our new sales function at BreakroomOversee the full sales cycle, including prospecting, closing, and handover to customer success to capture new business sales, and consistently achieve revenue goalsDefine, develop, and implement optimal sales strategies that align with customer channels including inbound and outboundIdentify and target high-potential prospects across various verticals to build a robust sales pipelineEnhance and expand the existing sales collateral to support each stage of the sales funnelCultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target marketsRepresent and advocate for Breakroom externally to enhance our market presenceAchieve and exceed sales targets, initially as an individual contributor and later as a managerBuild your own sales team: Once you've started to shape our current sales strategy and process as an individual contributor, there will then be an opportunity to develop a new sales team at Breakroom, building on our early growth to create a repeatable sales processBuild on our consultative approach to selling; understanding our customers' pain points and providing solutions based on their needsRecruit, coach and develop a small team of Account Executives to scale Breakroom's UK salesContribute to strategy: Working closely with customer success and product to provide feedback from the sales process into improving the Breakroom offeringReport on sales progress to senior leadership teamMinimum requirements: Consultative seller, with the ability to uncover customer pain-pointsExperience as Head of Sales, building high performing sales teams including recruiting, coaching, and developing new Account Executives and Sales RepresentativesExperience selling into enterprise sized customers (1000+ employees), having consistently achieved revenue goalsExperience selling and positioning premium-tier software solutions, services, or subscription based productsExperience in bringing a new product to market in a startup or entrepreneurial environment, including designing and refining a new sales process from scratchHave set and managed sales' team targets as well as reporting on sales metrics and forecasting using sales management toolsAbility to work in London office Tuesdays and WednesdaysAs part of our team you'll enjoy: Salary £120,000 OTEExceptional benefits package including:Private health insuranceLife insuranceCompany Pension scheme including employer matchMental health resources, financial and family planning, wellness and lifestyle stipend and moreFlexible working hours25 days paid holidayPrivacy Notice:
