Our client, a renowned name in the Scottish Property market are looking to add an experienced Sales Manager for their Aberdeen office.
Ideally, you will have a minimum of 3-5 years experience in the Aberdeen or Scottish markets as you will play a crucial role in this office.
Our client, has a fantastic presences across the Aberdeen market and is looking for you to experience running and managing a Sales Team, driving new business opportunities and working closely with Senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee a diverse portfolio of residential properties Manage Sales Team Develop New Business Opportunities Be able to build rapport with Sellers on Valuations Work towards Sales targets with Senior Management Qualifications: Proven experience in the property industry, with a strong track record in a Sales Manager role.
Knowledge of the Aberdeen or Scottish property market.
Excellent management, business and interpersonal skills.
