Head of Sales and Origination, you will be responsible for establishing sales channels for the origination of Assets into the main investment products of the investment advisor.
You will further be responsible for the penetration and growth of asset raising through these channels.
As Head of Sales, you will oversee the establishment and execution of an overall sales plan with quantitative objectives.
You will be tasked with managing team members and/or Reps as your department executes the sales plans in the different territories and sales channels and product lines.
You will also have brand ambassador functionality and will represent the firm at relevant sales and industry conferences and functions.
You will have a deployable book of opportunities and potential asset flows which you can introduce to the firm, and which you will be tasked with integrating and developing - as part of your overall sales objectives.
Key responsibilities : Develop and execute quantifiable business plans to raise Assets in targeted territories and Sales channels for the PCIM range of Investment products.
Deploy and raise assets from an existing book of Investors through prior relationships.
Coordinate sales programs: Pitches, Industry functions.
Road Shows.
Work with senior stakeholders on the investment advisor board to design and implement Sales and Marketing Strategy and execute on expansion goals - both structural and AUM /revenue based.
Delegate sales targets and quantifiable milestones for team achievement.
Chair Sales communication and updates with the management team and the Board.
Oversea Sales and Marketing report cycles for the Management Board members.

Preferred Qualifications: Minimum Education : Bachelors degree from an accredited university Major Subjects: Business Management, Investment management, Liberal Arts Professional Qualifications: Series 3 and Series 7 preferably.
CF30 FCA designation and/or equivalent CFA a plus (single level or more) Language : English Major European Verbal: Excellent Working Knowledge Written: Excellent Working PC Related Skills: Microsoft Office Excel Spreadsheet Power Point, Presentation Software Salesforce or other CRM software package Preferred Years of Work Experience: Bachelors degree Minimum of (5) years of recent Sales experience in Selling and Distributing Structured Investment products in a Private bank Asset manager, Private wealth form or Stock Brokerage.
Specific experience marketing and selling Structured Investment products with Capital Guarantee features and hedge fund performance streams.
Experience with multiple structural (wrappers) including: UCITS, AMCs, Unit Trusts, SMA, Investment Notes and Certificates.
3-5 Years Sales Management experience managing Sales staff and/or Sales reps. Additional Experience may be considered complimentary if experience demonstrated increased depth and breadth of responsibility.
Performance Objectives : Quantitative metrics: Hard Asset raising milestones, Geographies and Sales Channel penetration goals, SMART (Specific, Measurable, Realistic, Timely) based sales and distribution objectives.
