Head Of Rigging - Venue

London - site based, 5 days per week - A fantastic opportunity to join an outstanding venue and provide a solid link between technical and operations departments.
THE COMPANY A long-standing and iconic British venue with a diverse array of clients and projects, specializing in delivering a spectrum of events—both expansive and intimate, in-person and virtual. THE ROLE You will be responsible from the initial planning stage, right through to the event delivery.
Key responsibilities will include: Assisting on the set-up & operation of events from a technical standpointLeading on production of rigging, staging & event powerCreating, reviewing & advising on CAD plans for eventsWorking with Project Managers to plan crew & logisticsCreating detailed pre and post event production schedules and documentationTroubleshoot problems on the event dayProducing Health & Safety plans & risk assessmentsOverseeing the on-site rig & de-rig of installationsTHE CANDIDATE The preferred candidate will have a background in technical operations & CAD planning within a venue, and experience within festivals / other greenfield site events.
