We are looking for an experienced Reward professional to join a growing, PE backed, insurance firm.
Reporting to the Director of Reward, this role will be responsible for the design, implementation and monitoring of Reward programmes across EMEA.
You will support the development and implementation the firm's reward strategy, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and fosters a high-performing culture, attracting and retaining talent.
Responsibilities:
Support the development and implementation of comprehensive reward strategies and policies, including salary structures, bonus frameworks, and benefits packages.Support the annual performance review and compensation cycle, including job levelling and external benchmarking.Support the design and implementation of innovative reward programmes to attract, retain, and motivate top talent.Benchmark market data to ensure competitive and equitable reward practices.Partner with HRDs and senior business stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective reward solutions and incentives.Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations concerning reward and compensation.Work with European offices to monitor new reward structures and support individual requirements.Aid the integration and monitoring of M&A activity including new comp plans and alignment to Group policy and timelines.The ideal candidate will be a proven Reward professional with extensive experience managing multiple reward schemes.
Ideally, experienced in a P/E backed business, with strong understanding of M&A, integration and building from scratch, including new territories and evolving Reward strategies, in a high-growth environment.
You should possess a strong understanding of all aspects of compensation management and a demonstrable ability to influence and deliver results.
