My client are looking for an experienced legal professional to lead the team whilst also taking on a caseload of residential conveyancing matters of their own.

My client are looking for an experienced legal professional to lead the team whilst also taking on a caseload of residential conveyancing matters of their own.
The successful candidate will be closely supported by the firms' senior leadership team, and so this is a fantastic opportunity for both solicitors ready to take their first formal steps into leadership, and experienced managers.
Responsibilities will include: Running a caseload of high-value residential sales and purchasesTaking on the more complex residential conveyancing mattersSupervising and managing a team of conveyancers of varied experience levelsAssisting with the training of trainees and paralegals The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years previous qualified experience, and a demonstrable history of supervising or managing junior colleagues.
A willingness to engage in business development and networking opportunities is essential.
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 depending on experience Flexible working arrangements available
