This impactful role champions the progress and independence of children with additional needs across Rochdale.
You'll work closely with schools to ensure they're meeting the needs of these students, advocate for their rights, and drive high-quality service delivery.
Lead a dedicated team, oversee development and performance, and make a real difference in creating inclusive practices that empower children to reach their full potential.
About you You'll develop and implement consistent protocols, manage safeguarding practices, and oversee Quality Assurance.
Key skills include strong leadership, excellent organisational abilities, and a deep commitment to inclusivity.
You'll need experience with GDPR, safeguarding, and quality assurance, plus the ability to build relationships across schools and settings to advocate for the needs of children with additional needs across Rochdale.
