Head Of Quality

Our client, a leading property developer operating across the country, is seeking a Head of Quality to join their growing team.
This role is fully remote, with occasional travel to the office, in either Kent, Manchester or Leeds, depending on the successful candidate's location.
The role also involves travel to various site locations within the UK.
The position offers the opportunity to work with an experienced and specialized new-build housing contractor, recognized for their strong pipeline of projects (high rise and low rise schemes).
Experience Experience in high rise as well as housebuilding (essential) Experience of policy, process and procedure writing Extensive work experience within the construction industry.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in similar role.
Knowledge of both housing and high rise projects.
Use of the Aconex Field or similar electronic Quality Management software.
In return, our client is offering a basic salary between £95k - £100k + car allowance + all travel expenses covered + pension + healthcare + 26 days holiday + 20% bonus
