The client is seeking a Head of Projects to join their growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced architect with a passion for private residential projects who is ready to take on a leadership role.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-end residential architecture and a desire to focus on managerial, strategic, operational, and client-facing responsibilities.
This role offers the opportunity to shape and oversee projects from conception to completion, ensuring the highest level of quality and client satisfaction.

Responsibilties: Attend meetings with new and existing clients (UHNWIs and HNWIs), Represent the consultancy as an ambassador at events.
Collaborate closely with the senior leadership team on work-winning and business development activities, with the goal of eventually taking the lead independently.
Responsibility for opportunity creation and identifying potential business prospects.
Oversee the internal team, managing project pipelines, workflows, and organizing day-to-day deliverables on a weekly and monthly basis.
Manage and oversee a team of 6 Ensure team alignment with commitments and responsibilities, bringing agility and flexibility as the business evolves.
Empower and bring along core team through business changes.
Integrate office functions, including marketing, PR, the core projects team, HR, and finance.
Manage and be responsible for multiple projects simultaneously, including a signature projects, that this role will deliver.
Provide confident leadership to the team, especially when navigating shifting business objectives with uncertain outcomes.
Inspire the team to remain committed and focused Create and deliver reports and presentations internally (to the board) and externally (to clients).
Oversee the management and appointment of external consultant teams.
Demonstrate best-in-class service.
Experience and Skills: Demonstrable experience as a experienced Architect, Design, Project, or Operations Manager in a UK consultancy or contractor Ideally RIBA/ARB registered ad qualified architect Ideally 6-8 + years experience post part III Demonstrable experience working on large-scale UK residential projects Understanding and knowledge of high-end residential property Strong knowledge of the processes and inputs involved in high-end residential construction and refurbishment projects Knowledge of all RIBA stages Ability to manage work streams on numerous projects concurrently Excellent client relationship and client-facing skills Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written Numerically strong, fluent in Excel and project management software This role will suit a detail-oriented individual who wants to focus their skills on one project, work in a small, lean team, and have the responsibility of ensuring that a multimillion-pound project runs smoothly.

Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.

Central London office location Office: 4 days per week / 1 days WFH


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
