The ideal candidate will oversee the delivery of key initiatives across the business.
They will be responsible for setting the strategic direction for project management practices, ensuring that projects are aligned with business goals and delivered to the highest standard.
Main Responsibilities: Management of cross functional projects across all business departments and functions.
Liaise with Senior Leaders and Management stakeholders to identify areas for business improvement.
Implement and manage both customer focused and production focused business improvements from conception of scope to final delivery of the project.
Build and develop project teams to ensure maximum performance, by providing purpose, direction and motivation.
Ensure the project team communicate with all associated departments, incorporating their needs, materials, timelines and schedules into all project plans.
To ensure that these are recognised and implemented within the overall project scope.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with the project managing them out and reporting on them as required.
Track and report on project delivery milestones.
Provide a weekly overall project status report to the Senior Management team.
Maintain an oversight of live projects and report on performance to the Directors.
Essential Criteria 3rd level qualification Not less than 5 years experience in a project management role.
Proven track record in delivering projects on time and in budget.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills Good organisation skills Computer literate Available to travel as required.
