The Role:As Head of Project Management, you'll lead a team of project managers, overseeing the delivery of key initiatives across the organization.
You'll be responsible for setting the strategic direction for project management practices, ensuring that projects are aligned with business goals and delivered to the highest standards.
Your day-to-day will include team leadership, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement of project methodologies to optimize outcomes.

Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Management, or a related field.8+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.Deep understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Prince2, etc.
).Proven experience managing and developing high-performing project teams.Strong stakeholder engagement skills with a track record of delivering complex projects.Ability to influence at all levels and drive strategic project initiatives.
Desirable:Experience in technology or software-driven projects.Formal project management certification (PMP, Prince2, or similar).Master's degree or additional certifications in leadership or business management.
