Opportunity: This 80+ strong scale-up payments specialist are seeking a skilled Head of Project Delivery responsible for executing complex, multi-phase software projects for their enterprise clients.
Our client is seeking an expert in software delivery lifecycles to refine their project management processes, creating scalable methodologies that boost efficiency and simplify workflows.
In an agile setting, you will work closely with cross-functional teams—Product, Engineering, Commercial, Partnerships, and Operations—to ensure the smooth and timely delivery of their payment orchestration solutions.
Your ability to innovate and drive continuous improvement will be key to their success.
Experience: Proven track record of managing complex, multi-phase software projects involving customer integrations (hands on & strategic)- You could be operating as a Technical Project Manager or Service Delivery Manager in your current role.
Proficient in agile methodologies and working within agile environments.
Extensive experience in leading complex platform projects is essential, ideally within the payments, fintech, or related technology sectors.
Demonstrated experience in building and leading high-performing Project & Service Delivery teams.
A background of working within a start-up/ scale-up SaaS business (Complex software NOT COTS).
Prince 2 certified ideally.
In short, we are looking for a Strategic & hands on Leader who can thrive in a start up environment, with strong project management exposure leading software projects.
You'll come from a Technical Project Management, Service Delivery or Programme Management background!
