We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Head of Product Management to lead our product team and drive the development and execution of our product vision and strategy.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of product management and how to build a product discipline in an engineering services environment, with a proven track record of building and scaling successful products.
As the Head of Product Management, you will work closely with our clients in cross-functional teams, including design, delivery, engineering and business development, to ensure the successful delivery of products that align with our clients' needs.If you would like to become a part of our team, check out the description below and apply.Key responsibilities:Team Leadership: Build, lead, and mentor product team in delivering undeniable, measurable value for our clients across a product or product portfolio.
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and customer-centricity.
Build a strong repudiation for our product management team with our clients and within HTEC.Product Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that supports our clients' business objectives.
Devise appropriate methods for customer insights generation and market validation and translate insights into actionable product strategies.
Lead the product roadmap planning process, ensuring alignment with market needs and company goals.
Define appropriate success measures (quant and qual).Measurement and Validation: Define key product metrics and set goals for product performance.
Frame and run rapid experiments to test new business and product ideas.
Regularly analyze product performance data, gather customer feedback, and make data-driven decisions to iterate and improve the product.Product Development and Launch: Contribute to the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch evaluation.
Work closely with engineering and design teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery.Client Consultation: Provide consultation on the practice of product management to our clients.
Help them to make it outcome-driven and customer/user centric.Business Development: Work with our business development team to attract new clients and expand existing accounts.
Bring a product management consultative practice to our business development efforts.
Help to shape new product management offerings and services.
Work with marketing and recruiting to establish HTEC's product voice in the market for clients and talent.Stakeholder Management: Communicate product plans, progress, and results to senior leadership and other key stakeholders.
Build strong relationships across the organization to advocate for the product vision and strategy.Required qualifications:?Bachelor's degree in product management, engineering, business, design or a related field10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a digital services company.Experience offering product management services in a complex environment and ability to understand high level principles of enterprise architectureDemonstrated understanding of the techniques and methods of modern product discovery and product delivery.Proven track record of successfully leading and scaling product teams and delivering high-impact solutions.Ability to think and operate both at the product and the portfolio level — defining and executing a portfolio strategy, and shaping a product vision and translating it into a roadmapProven ability to engage with engineers, designers, and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship.Ability to educate and persuade others how to apply product strategy and management approaches to their ways of working.Demonstrated ability to figure out solutions to hard problems with many constraints, using sound judgement to assess risks, and to lay out your argument in a well-structured, data-informed, written narrative.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and influence cross-functional teams.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high degree of autonomy and accountability.Experience working with hardware products and delivering integrated hardware-software solutions is a plus.
