Head Of Product Management - Challenger Bank

Our client is an established private equity-backed challenger bank transforming into a leading bank for global digital assets firms.

The bank requires a Head of Product Management to supercharge digital transformation across the native tradfi product offering and build digital assets product capability.

This includes responsibility for the strategic development, commercial management, and enhancement of the bank's product offerings and customer journey.
This role strongly emphasizes creating a seamless and outstanding customer experience across the bank's digital platform and traditional distribution channels.
As the firm's Product Leader, you will report to the CFO and work as a business partner to the Executive, Regulatory, Commercial, and Digital Assets teams.
A focus will be on leveraging data insights to enhance cross-selling opportunities, optimise product offerings, and ensure a superior customer journey.

The successful candidate will be a product leader with extensive experience in a bank or financial institution, so have a deep understanding of tradfi banking products (Commercial, Lending, Savings, Cards, Personal Banking, etc.
), but also be well versed in the institutional digital assets ecosystem, preferably having worked for a digital assets firm as well as a bank.

As a product athlete, you must connect the business and technology functions.
As a leader, you must be able to grow a small team and be used to bringing structure to an unstructured environment.

The role is a two-year fixed term contract paying a maximum of £140,000 + Benefits, depending on experience.
