As they continue to scale, they are looking for an experienced Head of Product to drive their product vision and execution to the next level.
The Role : The company is seeking a strategic and dynamic Head of Product to lead their product team and strategy.
This individual will take ownership of the product roadmap, working to align it with the overall business goals.
The successful candidate will bring deep expertise in the regtech space, specifically within AML, KYC, IDV, fraud detection, or transaction monitoring.
Experience in a startup or scale-up environment is a bonus, as the role requires someone who can thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth company.
Key Responsibilities : Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and strategy through to execution and delivery.
Define and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring it aligns with the company's vision and objectives.
Build and manage a high-performing team of product managers, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
Partner with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to drive product innovation and ensure market fit.
Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and insights, ensuring products meet the evolving needs of users.
Stay ahead of market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities within the regtech space.
Requirements : 8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5+ years of experience leading product teams.
Strong expertise in regtech solutions, particularly in AML, KYC, IDV, fraud detection, or transaction monitoring.
Proven success in developing and executing product strategies in a fast-paced environment, preferably within a startup or scale-up.
Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and ensure compliance through product design.
