The RoleThis is a new role that will be pivotal in defining the strategic direction, development, and execution of our product roadmap to enhance our user experiences and propel our digital cancer platform to new heights.As the Head of Product, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
You will lead a team of product managers and work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and other key stakeholders to propel our digital cancer platform to new heights.An understanding of the healthcare industry would be a nice to have, including strong leadership skills, and a passion for creating products that make a meaningful impact on people's lives.What will you get involved in?Key responsibilitiesProduct strategy and visionDefine and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the company's goals and mission.Establish and track OKR's and key product metrics to measure product success and inform future product decisions.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and best practices in digital health/ digital cancer care.Regulatory complianceWorking with SLT, ensure all products comply with relevant UK and US healthcare regulations and standards, including HIPAA, GDPR, and FDA guidelines.Leadership & team management Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and post-launch optimisation.Lead the product management team, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to ensure successful product development and delivery.Work closely with the technical, design, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure seamless product development and delivery.Stakeholder engagement Build outstanding relationships with internal teams, clients, patients, and other stakeholders to understand and translate their needs into actionable product enhancements.Prioritise product features and enhancements based on business goals, customer feedback, and technical feasibility.Who are we looking for?We are building not only a product to be proud of but a company to be proud of too.
