Head Of Product Development

We are currently supporting a Charity that supports the Higher Education sector in the recruitment of a Head of Product Development.
The Head of Product Development will support the Business and Development function to: Review and evolve the existing products as well as develop new products.
Define the product strategy and roadmap, build a cross-organisation capability, implement feature delivery, and drive a product-first environment.
You will have experience of product development lifecycles where you will create standard operating procedures and upskill the organisation.
A background in Higher Education is not essential, however, an understanding or interest in the tertiary education sector is required.
They are a remote-first organisation and are therefore happy to consider candidates based anywhere in the UK.
