As the Head of Product, you will be responsible for the vision, strategy, and roadmap of everything data.
In the long term, you'll be responsible for building a team of product managers and product owners.
You will run pilot and beta programmes to test hypotheses and reduce risk.
Key Skills: Ability to create a Vision, Strategy, and Roadmap to deliver a world-leading secure and scalable digital product proposition.
Establish P&L, forecasts, and reporting to secure further funding and expansion of the Product team.
Ability to understand business needs and prioritise importance.
Amazing stakeholder management.
Ability to understand the big picture to bring together a coherent viewpoint based on perspectives of stakeholders from different business areas.
Run pilot and beta programs to test hypotheses and reduce risk, ensuring the right investment decisions and overall product success.
Deliver agile ways of working and implement Hypothesis Driven Development approach.
Ability to use user stories, personas, and acceptance tests and drive the team in breaking down pieces of work from epic into smaller, deliverable chunks of work that can be delivered faster.
My client works from a state-of-the-art office building, just a short drive from Manchester city centre.
The role requires some days in the office for collaboration with all product staff.
This role offers a salary of up to £80,000.
